Due the incredible success of Brandstyles the first owner has started to invest in restaurants and lost little by little the biggest Multi Brand Business in the world.

This was for us a big opportunity to take over and come back with a new fresh start for all the Brandstyles clients.

Since 22.10.2020 we have a new Chief Executive Officer in place.

Your order will leave with FEDEX , DHL or UPS. 

We will choose the best company courrier that is adapted for your country.

But most of the time with FEDEX to avoid the taxes that normally every customer have to pay with UPS when the package arrives to you.

The package will arrive with you within 7-15 open days.

Each order is bounded with a tracking number.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

The customer have the responsibility to follow his order

via track&trace ( FEDEX ) to be at the adresse where the packages is supposed to be delivered. 

You will receive your tracking number via the informations you have mentioned.

Notice also that you can Whatsapp us anytime to ask your tracking number.

Accept returns for an exchange or credit if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

In the event of an exchange, all returned items must be in original condition.

When making an exchange return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

When sending the product back to us please make sure it arrive to our office. Use a good sending company like DHL and also communicate us the tracking number.

If blocked by customs it will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn, washed or altered, please ensure the item is stored in a clean and smoke free environment with all the manufacturers respective packaging and tags attached.

Contact us if you wish to make an exchange, we will give you the address where to send it back.

Customs is a common term in international shipping which refers to the duties, fees or taxes levied on goods transported from one country to another.

These costs vary depending on the item and country and are over and above the carrier's cost to ship goods.

Taxes are most of the time around 15 to 50 euros maximum.

Those cost can be apply to anyone receiving goods from international shipping.

We as online e-commerce website we have no control over customs Taxes.

Because taxes has been applied by the government taxes will fall under the responsibility of the Buyer.

In a few countries it is better to avoid certain customs. For the following countries : Greece, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria and Czech Republic. For those clients we will send your order first to our Belgium Office and from Belgium we send to the countries we mentioned.
